Absolute legend. Between 62 and 72, George Lois created 92 covers for Esquire magazine, provoking public debate and raising controversial issues such as racism, feminism and the Vietnam War, he produced some stunning work. In 2008, the MOMA displayed a selection of George's covers for an entire year and now the collection, plus many more covers and unseen images have been put together to create a new book, George Lois: The Esquire Covers. The guy obviously has big balls, and what a dude.
