Talking of quality football shirts, it reminded me of these beauts worn by the mighty Birmingham City...

New France Football Kit

Absolutely love the new away kit for the French national football team, taking its cues from the 'mariniere', the shirt is a reference to the uniform of sailors in the navy in the 19th century and then adopted by civilians in the early 20th century. A symbol of French culture, the new shirt is simple and potentially really iconic... surely a classic.

Adidas does Star Wars

Check out these bad boys.

Adidas has created Star Wars inspired trainers for 2010, with each pair representing key characters and vehicles from the films, think my favourite are Yoda's or Luke's. Not sure where you can buy the full range as the Adidas store only seems to have a limited selection. Any ideas let me know. To see more check out the Star Wars website.
